We got an offer!

It is from the family. I'm excited, but I don't want to get too excited, since they have a bad credit history and anything could come up.

I use to work at a bank in the payoff department and I saw many loans that fell through on the day of closing, so I think this will keep everything in prospective.

Until the check is in our hands, I won't start jumping for joy.

But.... Yeah!!!!
