Going up to Mom and Joe's to look at houses (hopefully, if the realtor calls back), bring up boxes and eat Topper's Breadsticks.

I would have to say the Breadsticks and meeting my husband were my two favorite things about college!

Anywho....

Thought I would write early since I may not get the chance later today.

We had another realtor come in yesterday. Said he may have someone interested in the house already. Won't hold my breath, but ya never know. If this guy is interested, the realtor will do a 3.5 commission. Would be nice not to have to go through the hassle of listing and having people tour, so I'm praying to the Goddess and anyone else who will listen.

Looks like it's gonna rain, which makes me happy. I do love rainy weather, even though I bitch about it on laundry day.

So frugal thought: Don't wash your clothes in a washer, just hand them out when it rains!!!!
