Sorry that some of these postings are so short, but I've been busy gathering stuff for the garage sale, cleaning, looking at houses on the internet, and in general thinking about everything related to moving and buying a new home.

Today's frugal thought: Try to list and sell your own house. This is especially good if you're not in a real hurry to do so.

If it doesn't sell, after awhile you can always hire a realtor if you want to.

You can save thousands of dollars by selling your own house. And with those thousands of dollars you can pay off debt or put more towards your mortgage so your home is payed off faster.
