Once again, it's raining on laundry day!

Oh, well....

My mind is not really concentrating on frugal/simple living thoughts today.

Spyros and I are, once again, talking about moving.

Our house is too big for 2 people. We could take on renters, but we would only want it to be friends or family.

But truth be told, I would rather live by ourselves.

Then there's the part that we want some land. To have a garden, fruit trees, and possibly a swimming pool. (Spyros doesn't know about my designs on a pool yet!)

We also want land so we can build or possibly have a little community with like minded people living on it.

I would love to hear any thoughts. Or if you live in co-housing, a commune, etc.... I would like to hear the good and bad of that also.

Plus if you know of any houses up for sale in Wisconsin with land, for $40,000 to $60,000, please let me know.
