I just got off the phone with the realtor, and it's official... We are good to go!!!

So we'll start moving stuff in on Saturday, (with the help of many good friends and possibly BIL). Sunday night we'll be staying at the new place, and Monday we close.

We should be getting $2865 back after closing fees, etc.. Which means, we'll have a nice chunk to give to FIL right away to start paying off our debt.

I am so happy and excited. I can feel the creative juices already beginning to flow.

We have tons to do today. Library, MIL's (to pick up coupon inserts), tons of calls to make, (cancelling utilities, making appointements to set-up services, landlord).

DH just returned from the PO. He is a sick little bunny. The sub is nice enough to run both routes today, since (Linda) the other mail carrier is also sick today.

So I must go to give DH the love and attention a sick man needs.
