I am a bag of nerves. Or I guess the better phrase would be a body of nerves.

The ad for the house starts this Sunday.

We still have some stuff to do, but I think it will go fine.

Yesterday we called to place the ad and found out that they charge according to how much you are going to sell your house for. What a bunch of bullcrap!!!

So we will be placing an ad for 15 consecutive days (including 3 Sundays) that runs in all the papers. For $230 : (

But if we can sell the house this way, it will be a lot cheaper than with a realtor.
