Since we had to get out the house yesterday for the showing, we decided to go to Border's. We both looked around for about 20 minutes and then sat down to read a book. Shortly after, Spyros's head began to nod and he was off to lalaland.
Since he can snore quite loudly, I decided it would be best if we walked around. So after rousing him from his sleep, we put our books away and went to the Wisconsin Craft Mart.
Then we went and had dinner at Loredo's. Which if you have never eaten there, you should go sometime. They are so prompt with service. You rarely have to ask for a refill and the chip basket is continuously filled. Plus their food is really good, with the additional bonus that the servings are huge. We normally get two to three meals when we eat there.
Then we went to TJ and Addie's house. To sit around and chit-chat while Spyros played Rachet and Clank. We had a very enjoyable time and three hours later we left for our house.
When we got home, the realtor had left her card. Spyros looked at it and let out a chuckle. I asked, What? and he told me that the realtor had been Rebecca, a lady that he works with at Kwik Trip.
Since we have no plans today, or showings as of yet, I'm going to try to persuade DH to go to the Michael's (craft store) and Bed, Bath and Beyond that just opened up on the East side. I've been wanting (and needing, since ours is stained) a new comforter for some time now. And I've been comparison shopping, so if they do have any good deals, I'm confident I'll find them.
So Frugal/Simple Thought for the day: Use what you have until it can no longer be used for that purpose, and then recycle it to be used for another purpose.
