We had been talking if the ad doesn't sell the house, that we would probably get a realtor. So what the hell, I thought. See how good of a percentage on commission she can give us.

At this point I want the house sold. And I know Spyros feels 100 times more so.

Will be putting some more stuff on eBay, finally, this Sunday.

I can't decide what to do with the Baby Clothes. I was going to sell them in huge lots. But the idea of just donating them, and not having to deal with it, does sound appealing.

Anyone out there get their glasses from LensCrafters? Mine are really scratched up, and I am just wondering if others have had this problem. Perhaps they put a special agent in the coating that deteriorates after a certain time, and your glasses start scratching up automatically?!?
